“The University Orchestra, directed by Prof. Mark Latham, will be presenting a concert featuring the five student winners of the annual Concerto Competition, performing music by Elgar, Mozart, Stamitz, and Sullivan. The orchestra will also perform the first movement of Schubert’s 8th, a work by UMass Lowell’s own Yongjoon Kim, and Aaron Copland’s Lincoln Portrait, with Andre Dubus III narrating.
